DKSH New Zealand offer a total care solution for the instruments that we supply. Our total care approach encompasses pre-sale, installation, application, warranty, training and after sales support.
As our customers have a range of support requirements, so our Service Contracts are customised to meet individual needs. We can offer Preventative Maintenance, Shared Support, Full Comprehensive and Labour Only contracts.
The DKSH service and support team offers a range of standard and bespoke on-site or return to workshop service contracts. These range from basic maintenance contracts to agreements covering parts, labour and priority emergency call outs to suit individual requirements.
All scientific equipment offered by DKSH can be upgraded at time of purchase by opting for a fully-inclusive 12, 24, 36 or 48 month parts and labour extended warranty. This will ensure the uptime of your instruments is maximised for up to four years after the original manufacturers warranty has expired.
DKSH New Zealand is pleased to offer purchase agreements that cover lease only or lease to own options over 2-5 years, making high technology instruments even more affordable than ever. Lease and purchase agreements can be tailor made to include service contracts and extended warranties.
